We're a small East Midlands team doing the whole job ourselves — survey, design, installation and aftercare. Nothing is subcontracted, so the engineer who quotes your work is the one who carries it out.
That means one point of contact, honest advice about what you actually need, and a written price agreed before any work begins. Gas Safe registered for heating, F-Gas certified for air conditioning, MCS certified for heat pumps.

Four steps, no surprises.
We visit, we listen
Someone from the team comes out, looks at what you've got and asks what you actually want from it. No sales script, no pressure, and no charge for the visit. For bigger jobs like heat pumps we carry out a full heat-loss survey so the system is sized to your home rather than guessed at.
The number in writing
You get a clear written quote covering labour, materials and any making-good. It's the price you pay — if we find something unexpected we stop and talk to you before doing anything that changes the cost. Nothing is added to your bill without a conversation first.
Clean, careful work
We turn up when we say we will, protect your floors and furniture, and tidy up properly. Old units and packaging leave with us. Most combi swaps are done in a day; conversions and full systems typically take two to five days from the survey.
We're still here after
You get commissioning paperwork, warranty registration and a walkthrough of the controls before we leave. We'll remind you when your annual service is due, and if something isn't right, you call the same people who did the work.

Ask a questionWhat does it cost to have a fault looked at?
Repairs start with a fixed £99 diagnosis fee, which covers the engineer's visit and the fault-finding itself. If parts are needed, we quote them and get your agreement before fitting anything.
How long does a new boiler take to fit?
Once the quote is agreed, a straightforward combi swap is usually a single day. Conversions and full system installations typically take two to five days from the survey.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes — Gas Safe Register No. ${CO.gasSafe}. It is a legal requirement in the UK for anyone working on gas appliances to be on the register. Ask to see the engineer's ID card; ours carry it on every visit.
Does air conditioning cost a lot to run?
Modern inverter systems are efficient — cooling a typical room costs pennies per hour. In heating mode they can work out cheaper per unit of heat than gas, which is why many customers use them year-round.

Can I get help with a heat pump grant?
Yes. We're MCS certified, which is what makes your installation eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant of £7,500. We handle the application paperwork as part of the job.
